Dennis BERGKAMP's Top Ten Goals

Born in Amsterdam the 10th May 1969, Dennis BERGKAMP was brought up through Ajax's youth system, joining the club at age 11. Manager Johan Cruyff gave him his professional debut on 14 December 1986 against Roda JC; the match ended in a 2–0 victory for Ajax. Bergkamp scored his first senior goal for the club against HFC Haarlem on 22 February 1987 in a match Ajax won 6–0. He went on to make 23 appearances in the 1986–87 season, including a European debut against Malmö FF in the 1986–87 European Cup Winners' Cup, earning him praise. Ajax won the competition, beating Lokomotive Leipzig 1–0 as Bergkamp made an appearance as a substitute. In later seasons, Bergkamp established himself as a first-team player for Ajax. This culminated in a period of success for the club, which won the Eredivisie title in the 1989–90 season for the first time in five years. Bergkamp scored 29 goals in 36 matches the following season and became the joint top goalscorer in the league, sharing the accolade with PSV striker Romário. Ajax won the 1992 UEFA Cup Final, beating Torino through the away goals ruling. They then defeated Heerenveen 6–2 in the final of the KNVB Cup on 20 May 1993. Bergkamp was the top scorer in the Eredivisie from 1991 to 1993, and was voted Dutch Footballer of the Year in 1992 and 1993. In total, he scored 122 goals in 239 matches for his hometown club. Marco VAN BASTEN's Top Ten Goals

Marco van Basten was born on 31 October 1964 in Utrecht. He began playing for a local team, EDO, when he was six years old. A year later, he moved to UVV Utrecht. After nine years there, he briefly played for another club from Utrecht, Elinkwijk. His father Joop groomed him and he signed professional terms with Ajax Amsterdam as a 16 year old. Elder brother Stanley 20, was rejected by Ajax. Ajax signed Van Basten for the 1981–82 season. He played his first match for Ajax in April 1982, scoring a debut goal in the 5–0 victory over NEC. In the 1982–83 season, he competed with the European top scorer and first choice Holland international Wim Kieft for the position of centre forward, and scored nine goals in 20 league matches. After 26 year old Kieft left for Serie A club Pisa the next season, 18 year old Van Basten solidified his position as the team's main attacker. He became a top scorer in the league for four seasons from 1983–84 to 1986–87, scoring 118 goals in 112 matches. In the 1985–86 season, he scored 37 goals in 26 league matches, including six goals against Sparta Rotterdam and five against Heracles Almelo, and won the European Golden Boot. He also scored the winning goal in the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup final against Lokomotive Leipzig in 1987. He had scored 128 goals in 133 league matches for Ajax. Ariel ORTEGA's impossible goal

Ariel Arnaldo ORTEGA is a retired Argentine footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. His nickname is "El Burrito" ("The Little Donkey"), Ortega began his professional football career in 1991 with Argentine club River Plate. With the club, he won the Primera División in 1991, 1993, 1994 and 1996, as well as the Copa Libertadores in 1996 at Enzo Francescoli's side. He lost out on the 1996 Intercontinental Cup final to Juventus. Ortega left Argentina in 1996. He played one season and a half in Spain for Valencia CF before being signed by Sampdoria in 1998 after a very good world cup in France for a team's transfer fee record replacing Juan Sebastián Verón. But the 1998-99 Sampdoria's season was a drama with a Serie B relegated position at the end. But in this shameful season there is a bright intervalls the 21st march when the Samp destroyed Inter Milan 4-0 at home. Ariel ORTEGA was unstoppable with brilliants assists and skills all game long. Juan Roman RIQUELME's Top Ten Assists

Conidered one of the most talented Argentine players of his generation Juan Román RIQUELME  is best known for his creative passing during his eighteen professional career. He spent most of his career with Boca Juniors as an offensive midfield playmaker, he combined passing, vision, and technical skills. Juan Roman RIQUELME has been recognised as the "last true number 10s" due to his playmaking abilities and unique playing style. With Boca Juniors he won Four domestic leagues, three Copa Libertadores and one intercontiental cup versus Real Madrid in 2000. During all this seasons he gave the most creative assists ever seen to lucky forwards as Martin Palermo, Guillermo Barros-Schelloto (Boca Juniors' currently manager), Marcelo Delgado, Rodrigo Palacio, Pablo Mouche, Dario Cvitanich, Emmanuel Gigliotti, Lucas Viatri and many others. All ZICO' goals for Brazil

Arthur Antunes Coimbra  better known as ZICO is a Brazilian former footballer, who played as an attacking midfielder. Often called the "White Pelé", he was a creative playmaker, with excellent technical skills, vision, and an eye for goal, who is considered one of the most clinical finishers and best passers ever, as well as one of the greatest players of all time. Arguably the world's best player of the late 70's and early 80's. With 48 goals in 71 official appearances for Brazil, Zico is fifth highest goalscorer for his national team. He represented them in the 1978, 1982 and 1986 World Cups. They did not win any of those tournaments, even though the 1982 squad is considered one of the greatest Brazilian national squads ever. Zico is often considered one of the best players in football history not to have been on a World Cup winning squad. He was chosen 1981 and 1983 Player of the Year.
